| Energy problem is a common challenge faced by the whole world in the 21 st century,among which building energy consumption accounts for the highest proportion,and green buildings have entered a stage of comprehensive and rapid development.The development direction of green buildings is gradually expanding from the original intention of reducing building energy consumption to improving the overall performance of human settlements in all aspects.COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has affected people’s lifestyle,and people pay more attention to architecture as a carrier and place to maintain physical and mental health,adjust emotions and cultivate sentiment.Continuously promoting the development of "healthy buildings" with the goal of improving health performance has become a new trend,new goal and new orientation of international architectural development.Public buildings have the problems of high energy consumption,complex functions and poor indoor environment quality.At the same time,as a crowded place,its operation is significantly affected by the epidemic situation.Large public buildings should adapt to the brand-new operation mode of epidemic changes,which has positive significance for public health.Dalian is a coastal city in cold region.Affected by marine climate change,the climate of coastal city is fragile,and the energy saving potential in cold region is great.In this paper,typical green buildings in Dalian are selected as the research object,and their design indexes,operational performance parameters and user satisfaction evaluation are collected A double subjective and objective post-evaluation model of green buildings is established by using analytic hierarchy process,and the objective monitoring module including indoor environmental quality measurement,energy consumption and water consumption records is evaluated separately,and the subjective evaluation module including building environment evaluation and service performance evaluation is evaluated;Comprehensive post-operation evaluation was carried out on the energy consumption,indoor environment and satisfaction of green buildings in different operating states before,during and after the epidemic;This paper discusses the operation changes of different star-rated green public buildings before and after the epidemic,analyzes the reasons for the differences between actual operation and design,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the performance of green buildings in Dalian.This paper fills the gap in the evaluation of the difference of operation effect of public buildings before and after the epidemic in China.The results show that,compared with before the epidemic,the energy consumption of green public buildings after the epidemic is significantly reduced,and the indoor environmental quality is obviously affected by users’ activities.For green public buildings,improving indoor environmental quality,improving energy-saving efficiency and creating comfortable,safe,efficient and healthy indoor space are the inevitable requirements for realizing healthy buildings.The comparative study on the operation of public buildings before,during and after the epidemic is not only of positive significance to the energy conservation and resumption of production and work of public buildings at present,but also of reference value and strategic significance to the improvement of the evaluation system of building operation performance affected by the epidemic.This paper fills the gap in the evaluation of the difference of operation effect of public buildings before and after the epidemic in China.The results show that,compared with before the epidemic,the energy consumption of green public buildings after the epidemic is significantly reduced,and the indoor environmental quality is obviously affected by users’ activities.For green public buildings,improving indoor environmental quality,improving energy efficiency,and creating comfortable,safe,efficient,and healthy indoor spaces are inevitable requirements for achieving healthy buildings in the "post-epidemic era".The comparative study on the operation of public buildings before,in the middle and late period of the epidemic is not only of positive significance to the energy conservation and resumption of production and work of public buildings at present,but also of reference value and strategic significance to the improvement of the post-evaluation system of building energy conservation in the post-epidemic era. |
