Since the reform and opening up,Chinese power industry develops fast,and thepower plant installed capacity is growing,the demand for coal consumption is growing,large boilers is often using two or more coal instead of using a single coal。In ourcountry, coal using in the power plant has the increasing proportion of the total coalconsumption. In recent years, due to the increasingly tense situation of coal, blendingphenomenon becomes common increasingly. From this point, seeking the best coalcombustion way of blending, and optimized the combustion of blended coal, to improveboiler efficiency, save the cost, is particularly important for contemporary coal-firedpower plants.Introduce several different combustion ways of blended coal, and put forward GreyClustering Criterion of blended coal combustion.Then, introduce the characteristics of thefurnace of tangentially Fired Coal with pulverizing system. Through the experimentalanalysis, comparing the economy of inferior quality anthracite and lean coal in different blendingways,doing the experiment to test the best mixed proportion of high-sulfur coal.Compareanthracite coal with normal coal in different blending way in the300MW tangentialboiler.Then,introduce “W”shaped flame boiler,research different blending way ofanthracite in it,meanwhile,compare “front mixed,combustion in the furnace” with“grinded bydifferent mill,combustion in the furnace”in the “W”shaped flame boiler combustion ofblended coal. As another application furnace of positive pressure directly blowingpulverizing system, exploring the way of blending of hedge wall firing Supercriticalfurnace In the power plant.,and compare different layout of coal.Through increasing theblended proportion of anthracite progressively, determine the anthracite mixing ratiounder the premise of good combustion efficiency and stability.Doing research on the different forms of blending mode of pulverizedcoal,compare“front mixed,combustion in the furnace” with“grinded by differentmill,combustion in the furnace”,through the experiment,it shows due to be grinded bydifferent mills in the new system of blended coal,it can optimize the allocation by the characteristics of coal and milling process,improve the regional combustion environment,enhance the stability,improve the burnout performance of containing low volatile coalmixed,and achieve relatively good security and economic effects.
