Modern architecture which over-reliance on conventional energy, is high energyconsumption, low efficiency. As you know, Green building is the only way for theconstruction industry sustainable development in the future and the worldwidesolution for environment problem. In order to reduce conventional energyconsumption, utilization renewable energy on building is an important way which isan important part of Green Building evaluation. However, the current standards forrenewable energy utilization evaluation on Green Building, only use the index thatrenewable energy gain percentage of total energy consumption demand. Furthermore, the study for evaluation of renewable energy which used on building is less. So theevaluation for building renewable energy utilization is a subject worthy of study. In this paper, we get influencing factors, summarized building renewable energyuse quantitative and qualitative indicators through comparative analysis for the LEED(U.S.), BREEAM (UK), CASBEE (Japan), DGNB (German), etc. and combinedwith other relevant standards, which based on building renewable energy utilizationtechnologies and related case study. And on this basis by AHP to calculate the weightof each index corresponding to establish green building renewable energy utilizationquantitative evaluation model. In the fourth chapter, use quantitative evaluation model and national standard toevaluate the renewable energy systems of Exhibition Center in Tianjin Eco-city publichousing projects. The results show that the proposed quantitative evaluation methodanalysis of a project is more comprehensive and examine carefully. It’s a moreaccurate evaluation method for the performance of renewable energy buildingutilization.
