In recent years, with the development of the national economy, electric bicycletransport gets the favour of people in generally. As an environmental, energysaving,and convenient transport tools,the eletric bicycle indursty has get rapiddevelopment. The production and quantities are increasing dramatically in recentyears.At the same time, the rapid development of electric bicycle transport brings theserious negative effect on the urban road, which lead to many cities banned electricbicycle on the road. Practice proves that setting the higher level lane is an effectivesolution to the problem. In view of this,the study of traffic capacity of urbannon-vehicle lanes which in the subject status of electric bicycle appears to havingcertain significance.The paper studies the current domestic electric bicycle development and thelatest achievements in theory of the non-vehicle lanes capacity.Analyses the variousfactors that have influence on the capacity of electric bicycle and wages ainvestigation; Then,with the methed of clustering analysis,the paper come up with theways based on the tip clearance flow theory and point mutations theory to study itscapacity;At the last,the paper analyzed the electric bicycle capacity of the part roadsof Jinan by MATLAB7.0mathematical software.and so on.The conclusion of trafficcharacteristics and the influence factors of non maneuvering from this paper canprovide theoretical basis for urban planning, road network planning and provide therealistic basis for the design of electric bicycle lanes, system design and urban traffic.In addition, this paper has important significance that the governmentdecision-making managers can objectively treat the present and future development ofelectric bicycle and promote the rational development of electric bicycle transport. |
