The Research For After Engineering Construction Project Evaluation And Its Development Countermeasures

With the progress of our society， our economy and the gradual improvement of sound，at the same time， with the deepening of China’s accession to the WTO， the current reformof the investment system will not only strengthen the basis of this， after the evaluation ofinvestment in our construction projects application and evaluation in the field more and morecommon， it has been more and more people’s attention. Objective of this study is thatthrough this research， and constantly improve our construction project evaluation theory，thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the post-evaluation of construction projects， analysis of the actual data，analyze data for inspection delve into problems of construction projects to achieve a lack ofanalysis for the presence of construction project management， and thus various stages ofconstruction projects exist conducted intrinsically linked and causality summary and study，and ultimately get the scientific evaluation findings; at the same time be able to providereference for new construction projects， making the management of construction projects ofcontinuous improvement.
