Based On The Demand Of Guangzhou Roof Greening Design Analysis

With the accelerating development of China’s economy, Guangzhou as the forefront ofreform and opening up, economic and social development is swift and violent.Butaccompanied by residents living conditions is increasing day by day, the environment issues isincreasingly prominent. The report of18th National Congress of the CPC put forward theecological civilization construction in prominent position, the government and citizens areaware of the importance of the environmental quality of life. In recent years, Guangzhougovernment proposed "Flower and Green city","South of the Five Ridges Garden City" andother series of city construction, but due to the limitation of land resources, for increasing thecenter of the city, it is difficult to have spare land used for greening.Facing the tension of land resources and ecological environment construction "dilemma"choice. Roof greening, a form of greening which no need connected with the ground soil andlocated in the roof space, become an effective way to improve Guangzhou urban ecologicalenvironment quality. Guangzhou introduced the concept of roof greening as early as70’s and80’s. In recent years, along with the people of the green ecological environment constantly, allkinds of roof greening form covered the top of the Guangzhou buildings/structures gradually.Roof greening technology more and more perfect, many experts and scholars in the field ofroof greening construction technology, the promotion policy, technical standards, plantselection, planting substrate, insulation and so on a lot of research. And has obtained certainresearch results. But the consumer demand for roof greening space research is less, so that theroof greening construction in less consider the human factor.Based on the above, this article will choose different nature of the building roof greeningspace in Guangzhou as the research object, this paper relevant design methods and theoreticalinnovation. At the same time, according to the different characteristics of the commercial,residential, office buildings, summarizes and induces the roof greening types, characteristicsand functions of the space, guided by the environmental behavior psychology, through the lawof human perception of different space environment, the characteristics of the activities inspace, and the use of space when the psychological demand, study how to createpeople-centered, quality of roof greening space environment. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part elaborated in this paper, we study therelated concept, background, purpose, significance, methods, research scope and object, andthe research status quo. The second part introduces roof green space development history,function and the status quo of guangzhou area roof, the environmental psychology andenvironmental behavior related theory is expounded and analyzed. The third part through tothe guangzhou three kinds of different construction properties of roof greening usage fieldvisits, analysis each kind of consumer demand and the demand of roof garden design; Thefourth part to meet user needs as the goal, from the macro and micro point of view, analysis ofthe spatial organization of roof garden design, physical environment and service facilities,landscape element design, draw a relatively comprehensive meet the demand of design.
