Along with the quick urbanization of Shenzhen, electricity consumption ofcity-villages is constantly rising in recent decades. Many problem becomes more andmore obvious in power grid such as lack of unified management and investment, complicated terrain and wire connecting. These responding problems lead itsvulnerale power network, low power transform-supply ability, high accident rate andlow power supply reliability. In order to overcome these increasing disadvantages, some approaches should be proposed and put into practice, for example, strengthen investigation for the present situation about power grid and load, propose aunified planning on city-village reconstruction and improve the level of management.Based on detailed investigation on city-village power grid of Shenzhen Long-Huanew district, a rebuilding strategy named low voltage power network gridding methodis developed and applied in this paper.Firstly, the basic and entire rebuilding plan is achieved according to the gridstratification system. Secondly, gridding method of the rebuilding area is establishedon the basis of space load forecasting method as well as the evaluation model. Thirdly, low voltage power grid rebuilding criterion, transformer selection and wireconnecting mode are also analyzed, meanwhile, a kind of compre-hensive evaluation model considering transformer and reactive power and lowvoltage wire and grid structure is set up based on analytic hierarchy process for lowvoltage power grid reconstruction. Fourthly, the theoretical method mentioned aboveis used for Min-Zhi area in Long-Hua new district. Finally, the feasibility andeffectively are proved by the results.
