Under the background of material intensive management in the new round of power reform,power companies should pay attention to the improvement of procurement efficiency and quality of materials and equipment while strengthening the construction of power network,so as to meet the challenges brought by market changes under the background of power reform.In order to fully improve the efficiency of supplier management,help enterprises solve the management of large-scale suppliers,realize the intensive allocation of power equipment resources,the specialization of business links,and the efficient utilization of management resources,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on hierarchical management evaluation with the equipment suppliers of power grid enterprises as the research object.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is an analytical method that combines qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation to obtain the overall evaluation of the system.It can provide a more accurate representation of the relationship between standards and alternatives for determining the corresponding weight of each standard.In this paper,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the field of supplier hierarchical management for research,It promotes people's understanding of the hierarchical management of equipment suppliers in power grid enterprises to the quantitative level,that is,it changes the qualitative description of the hierarchical management of equipment suppliers in power grid enterprises into quantitative description.Firstly,this paper summarizes the background and significance of the research content,summarizes and analyzes the methods used in supplier relationship management and the construction of evaluation indicators,which provides a basis for the subsequent selection of technical route.Secondly,through a detailed overview and analysis of the supplier management system of China Southern power grid enterprises,this paper defines the improvement direction of supplier management,and puts forward a supplier hierarchical management model considering the whole cycle of equipment from purchase to retirement.The model covers three stages of equipment life cycle: "procurement","operation and maintenance" and "retirement and scrapping".Then the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is selected as the technical route of this paper,and the construction steps and contents of the evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are given.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model and the accuracy of classification results are studied through a practical case of a specific power equipment.The case takes the distribution transformer suppliers of China Southern Power Grid Corporation as the object,and classifies them according to the model proposed in this paper.The classification results accord with the law of large sample normal distribution and adapt to the overall level of suppliers in the current market.
