With the continuous development of power industry technology, operation andmanagement of power production units are gradually moving towards centralization,integration and intelligent. In the background with the development of the smart grid, all thepower enterprises and scientific research units are in the focus on how to use modern computertechnology and network technology to improve the level of metering management ability andmarketing services.The electric energy data platform is that using of modern computer communicationtechnology, with the electric energy in the generation, transmission and distribution,occurrence, and with each link, centralized collection, monitoring, statistics, analysis andrelease of standardized management. The electric energy data platform is base on themeasurement automation system, accord to the marketing management information system,geographic information system and integration of marketing and distribution system, aftermany range of data collection, monitoring, analysis, audit form the electric energy dataplatform, providing technical support for the application of power enterprise information data.The construction of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau of electric energy data platform is theessence of marketing service function promotion, and is an important measure to realize themarketing services. The purpose is to hope that with the integration of data resourcesmeasurement automation system, phased implementation of centralized and unifiedmanagement of all levels of electrical energy measurement data, to achieve the wholemeasurement management pattern of two changes: one is the transformation of themanagement to the metering device from simple meter management, the other is realization ofmetering device management to change the electric energy data management, in order toachieve promotion from the traditional local meter reading management to the on-sitecustomer service management function.The paper is dedicated to the design and application of electric energy data platform,planning to use the J2EE development platform, objecting oriented development method as thecore, and providing a large number of programming method of service oriented design,development efficiency and mature software design pattern.The paper first introduces the design method of the system hardware structure. Second,describing the overall system software design idea and key technology. Finally introducing thedesign and application of system basic function and advanced features. The paper focus on theanalysis of the abnormal files, data collection and processing, alarm processing, analysis, abnormal loss of system operation and worksheets processing etc. The system also carries onthe design analysis of the advanced features of remote monitoring, metering device integrateddisplay and the measurement monthly report. The paper also on the module design andapplication results are displayed.With the research of the paper, it will provide effective thought construction of theelectric energy data platform, and improve the level of management and technologyapplication of electric energy data, and provide technical platform which is stable and reliablefor the local electric energy data center operation.
