At present, the achievement of information construction got by State Grid already can bevery good to meet the needs of the current business management and production.Such as,SCADA/EMS responsible for the management of transmission operating Power Grid,Production system for the management of the equipment platform credit and operationalinformation of the Power Grid, Marketing system for the electric energy data and chargemanagement by the power user, Automatic measurement system for transformer substation,distribution transformer and low voltage meter reading of the electric energy data acquisitionand measurement management; Distribution of GIS for the equipment in distribution networkgeographic information management, and engineering systems, the performance managementsystem etc..However, with the rapid development of network information technology, theinformation system function multiplied, The amount of data is more explosive growth, there isisolated and information gap between these application systems and data, not only increase thecost of administering the system, also aggravate the system repeats construction waste.In order to strengthen the energy management level, promote the centralized and unifiedmanagement of electric energy data collection, accounting and distribution. In the second halfof2011,China Southern Power Grid to carry out the pilot construction of electric energy datacenter.This thesis explore the integration of the electric energy model, the formation of aunified full-Electric Energy information model, the storage, management and applicationof massive real-time data, to improve the electric energy data management and technical level,built for query analysis application and external data service of electric energy data platform,to satisfy the mass real-time/historical data query and statistical analysis, The research resultscan promote and protect the electric energy data center management.This paper will focus on the following points of research and analysis:1.Based on CIM and real-time data platform for electric energy data platform ofinformation model.2.Study of real-time database in power energy data platform application frameworkimplementation. 3.Effective strategies are proposed to realize the electric energy data platform model datawith real-time data architecture.4.Based on the research on data mining correlation analysis, realization of electric energydata platform and application system.
