Study Of The Safety Management System In The First Academy Of China Aerospace Science And Technology Corporation

Safety in production is the prerequisite for the development of enterprises. In2011, the State Council put forward to insist on scientific development, safe development, promoting safety production situation steady improvement opinions. Today, the importance of safety in production is greatly enhanced. It has something to do with the safe of state property and people’life and social steady and harmonious development. How to use organization and management advantage and promoting development of safety in production, especially to promote safety management greatly improved, has become an important taskAt present, all the management idea which adapt development of the times had brought a lot of advanced methods, such as system safe、risk control、 information technology, and so on. These has become the main way which will make some revolutionary transformation in the idea, system and method of safe management in corporation. China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, one of state-owned high-tech defence enterprises, was chosen as the study object. On the objective analysis of the satuation of safety production management, development status and prebvious experience, the author form to build a full coverage, full-featured security risk control system and put it into practice. Meanwhile, the author of the core of the system architecture and module of the system undertook thorough and careful analysis and research.The safety risk management system for enterprise safety in production management framework was designed. It is mainly used to make the all safe management content integratively、subtly and sighted, make the safety risk being controlled momentrily, make the safety management content mensurable and rigid, and form a management system which can find the latent risk so fast that the situation can be effectively controlled. The system can realize safety production management integration, fine and visual target, realize the dynamic regulation. Finally, the safety risk management system of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology put forward the implementation of safeguard measures, and the combination of the system in practical application,systems ananly the implementation effect.
