Three-Axis turntables are the key equipments for ground semi-physical flightsimulation of missiles, the dynamic characteristics of frameworks will directlyinfluence the reliability of the dynamic simulation. It is very important to analyze thedynamic characteristics of the mechanical framework in the structural design.Based on the finite element analysis of theory, this thesis adopts the popularmechanical analysis method to analyze three-axis turntable.Based on the results offinite element analysis, some modified ideas are put forward. The measuring results ofthe turntable Indicators verify the model is reasonable.Firstly, the paper make the design of the mechanical structural of turntable, analyzesthe structural characteristics of the turntable and simplifies the complex pats, forexample, bearings and motors, Appling loads and selecting the real boundary. Theanalytic computational model is created for structure analysis.Secondly, presents the static and dynamic calculation is made on theturntable.During the static analysis, under the corresponding framework Attitudeļ¼Œthe impact. of the deformation for the angle rotation precision of the shaft isobtained.During the dynamic analysis, based on vibration mode, the weak parts of theturntable is obtained. At last, according to the results by finite element analysis, the optimization designfor the structure of the inner framework, the middle framework and the outsideframework is made. To ensure effective optimization, analyzing the optimizationresults. Through the frame parameter sensitivity analysis, the optimization parametersinfluence degree for the objective function is obtained.
