With the rapid development of electronic technology, information technology, automobileindustry and the requirement of people for ride comfort increasing, automobile electricalequipment and system complexity continues to increase, system control and fault diagnosis ofthe equipment are also gradually increase. Body electronic control module can greatlyimprove the environment for passengers, which has play a important role in the vehicle. Thispaper base on the in-depth analysis and research for present status and technical of domesticand foreign body electronic control module, considering the cost, market demand and otherfactors, the design and implementation of a completely intellectual property rights of thecentralized body electronic control module.After the functional requirements, the basic structure, characteristics analysis andconsidering the expansibility, the system platform, the company’s development strategy,finally choose the Fujitsu advanced16FX architecture, high performance price ratio, goodlow power consumption, anti-interference performance, speed up to56MHZ, strong drivingability, module diverse micro controller MB96F386as the main chip for the body electroniccontrol module, then put forward a kind of economical body electronic control module, it canrealize the interior and exterior lighting, control door lock, wiper and cleaning, electricheating windows and mirrors, the engine immobilize, remote control dealing etc.. The overalldesign scheme based on the above, this paper elaborates the design of hardware and softwareof the body electronic control module. In the hardware design process, fully consider the lowpower, low cost, high reliability, anti electromagnetic interference and compatibility, modular,configurable requirements and others for body electronic control module. The hardware design mainly includes microcontroller peripheral circuit, the design of data communicationand storage module, input circuit, output control circuit, fault detection circuit. The design ofhardware circuit based, and considering the efficiency and stability of operation, codemodularity and scalability requirements of the software design. Focus on the software designideal and method of each function module of the body electronic control module, the softwaredesign mainly includes the overall design, the software initialization design, signal inputsampling design, output control for body electronic control module, engine anti-theftprocessing, design of data communication software and storage module, fault diagnosis.The design of the body electronic control module is tested in three stages of the system,including the bench functional testing and verification, the experiment verification and thevehicle test and verification. After continuous improvement on the design of hardware andsoftware debugging, optimization, the final test results show that the hardware circuit designof the body electronic control module is reasonable and feasible, control strategies of thesoftware design is correct, effective, the control module of stable operation, reliableperformance, all reached the design requirements of vehicle assembly and control function,and successfully to supply the body electronic control module products for Dongfeng YufengEuropean models, won the customer the consistent high praise. At present, it has entered theproduction stage, continuous supply, created a huge economic benefit for the company. At thesame time the body electronic control module has been applied for the national patent, itsuccessfully developed, and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development of similarproducts, and the market prospect is very broad.
