Research On Concrete Wall Reinforced Detection And Pillow Melting Control Syestem

In recent years, the hostage-taking terrorist incident has been increasing in theworldwide. Terrorists often take hostages in building. And in most cases, criminals aretaken down by arm. Nowadays, most buildings are built of concrete, when choosing theroute of armed attack, Doors and windows are the weak points, and also are the key pointsto the criminals to guard against. Assault success is risky so using blasting walls for instead.There is steel structure buried in the concrete wall. So getting rid of the concrete iron is thekey to guarantee the continuous grinding process.In this dissertation,the method of steel testing during the process of grinding isanalyzed systematically. According to the requirement of low noise, Proximity switch andtentacles are selected for steel detection.The oxyacetylene cutting is using to steel removal.The wireless transmission of steel detection informationand the conttrol of steel removal had achieved through wireless telemetry dynamic strain measurementand analysis system andGoogol GTS400Motion Control Card in the process of grinding.In order to monitor the state of system running and steel information,Using LabVIEWwhich with good graphical interface monitor the system..Meanwhile the processing ofcollected steel information coupled with master system to complete the removal of steel.In this dissertation we not only complete the control requirements in the study, but alsoimplement the steel detection and cutting under the condition of low noise. Furthermore,the development of the running state monitoring interface provides further security for thesystem reliable operation.
