Research And Application Of The Process And Workshop Management System For Small And Medium Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s small and medium manufacturingenterprises, small and medium manufacturing enterprises provide an important social force forrapid economic development. However, due to the small and medium enterprise business isrelatively simple and the method of enterprise management is poor, its development hasencountered a bottleneck. In the manage activities of small and medium manufacturingenterprises, Some work that production materials, processing schedule, work estimation andstatistics, production scheduling and discharge need to rely on manual understanding andstatistics. For these reasons, the use of advanced management theory and advanced productioninformation management system is quite necessary.Because of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises in our country has existedsome problems, such as the lack of management standardization and unscientific of businessprocess, this paper propose to establish the process and workshop management system for smalland medium manufacturing enterprises, and parking garage manufacturers which regarded astypical cases of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises will be analyzed. In the basisof analyzing organization structure and business process in the enterprises, this system will becarried on, at the same time, the detailed of system module will be designed.In this paper, the process and workshop management system for small and mediummanufacturing enterprises apply the structure of B/S and the technology of J2EE. The systemis divided into10sub modules including the production task management, process management,material quota management, supplementary material quota management, work time quotamanagement, procurement management, warehouse management, acquisition management,receiving and dispatching workshop plan management and feedback management. This paperfocuses on research the process and workshop management module, which uses workflowmode for the production task management, this mode keep the operating simply and clearly andreduce input errors. This paper will analyze and optimize the problem of nesting and productionscheduling in the manufacturing process, and it will help enterprise to save cost.The process and workshop management system of small and medium manufacturingenterprises designed in this paper has been applied in the enterprise and it has been verified theeffectiveness. The design and implementation process of the whole system in this paper has animportant reference for implementation of the production management system for other smalland medium manufacturing enterprises.
