Research On The Application Of Field Management Method Of Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Assembly Line Balancing

Then,on the basis of the6S management, weimplement the Assembly Line Balancing technology to improve the productionefficiency and the quality of products. And in the process of implementing6Smanagement and Assembly Line Balancing, we make use of the PDCA cyclemanagement, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement. And then theauthor takes Chongqing Koito Automotive Lamps co., LTD as a case, using stopwatchmeasurement method, the process analysis, man-machine operation analysis,5W1H andECRS principle to carry out Assembly Line Balancing research. During6months ofimplementing of6S management, Assembly Line Balancing and PDCA cycle, theaverage qualified rate of each assembly line has been raised more than10%, dailyoutput of each line at least has increased80, the company has improved productivity.Through researching Assembly Line Balancing technology of Chongqing KoitoAutomotive Lamps co., LTD,the paper proved that the feasibility of implementingAssembly Line Balancing in the Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises,sowe can put the suddessful experience into similar S mall and Medium-sizedManufacturing Enterprise to improve the production efficiency and product quality.
