Along with increasing the scale of bridge construction and the construction of largespan bridge, the durability of the bridge structure caused by the lack of security steel barcorrosion deterioration factors issues are also increasingly prominent, It is extraimportant for real-time monitoring of the bridge durability. The traditional bridgemonitor’s character is high consumption and low precision. Therefore, to solve thisproblem, this paper developed a durability of the bridge wireless monitoring system, itcan monitor and analyze the bridge durability data real-time, which effectively saves thecost and improves the durability of the monitoring accuracy.Aiming at the problem of monitoring of bridge structure durability of reinforcedconcrete. Firstly, designed the overall scheme of durability monitoring system, includingthe development of hardware GPRS node selection and temperature, three-phaseacceleration sensor software program, and the built and debugged this system,completed from the underlying collection durability data through the GPRS wirelesstransmission to the host computer.; Secondly, made the carbonation of concrete structureas the research object. The simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the neuralnetwork model to model and analysis the carbonation depth of concrete data, whichavoided low convergence rate of artificial neural network as well as preventingdrawbacks of the simulated annealing algorithm,namely it would easily entrap into thelocal minima. This method improved the model the accuracy of the calculation accuracyand prediction of durability; Finally,designed computer management system. Accordingto the monitoring data needs for the durability of reinforced concrete bridges, selectedthe SQL Server2008database management software, completed the establishment ofthe basic database; using VB visual programming tool developed the durability of thereinforced concrete bridge structure monitoring information management system, real time monitoring on the durability of data thus completed, it can provide scientific basisfor bridge engineering the future operation, maintenance and daily management, andimprove the construction quality and management level of maintenance and extensionof the bridge service time. After the debugging, this testing is a stable, integratedsystem, and achieved the design requirements.This dissertation completed construction of the durability of the wirelessmonitoring system based on GPRS and MCU, establishment of carbonation depthmodel and development of concrete durability information management system, it canimprove the bridge structure durability monitoring and storage and process thedurability data real-time, and can provide scientific basis for bridge engineering thefuture operation, maintenance and daily management, in order to improve theconstruction quality and management level of maintenance and extension of the bridgeservice time.
