Pre-fabricated assembly concrete structure with environmental protection, shorttime limit, the advantages of convenient construction and safety, is the developmentdirection of construction industrialization. One of the main factors which restrict thedevelopment of the pre-fabricated assembly structure is a node connectivity issues.Column as the main component of frame and frame shear structure, its performance hasa great influence to the whole building, The seismic behavior of the column and columnjoint connection is rather important to the assembled structure.Put forward a new column and column connection (steel tubular assembly columnjoints) of outsourcing: Precast concrete column, the column on the junction throughoutsourcing steel tubular connection; Through the concrete column with transversereinforcement, both ends with outsourcing steel tubular welding; Set aside between steeland concrete columns outsourcing gap, with quick-setting grout material has highstrength and expansion properties of the micro-perfusion filling, to ensure the integrityof the joint.Design and production of the three full scale, high-strength steel pipe spiral stirrupssteel tubular assembly columns, a full scale common high-strength spiral hoopreinforced concrete column, through the pseudo-static test. The whole process ofdeforming-damaging-cracking-yielding-failure was observed during the test; Damagecharacteristics, hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, stiffness degradation, displacementductility and energy dissipation capacity of the four columns were discussed. The testresults showed that under the same condition, bearing capacity of the steel tubularassembly columns with steel plate and horizontal strengthened bar was equal to the cast-in-site columns with plain stirrups, it also had good seismic behavior. We canconclude that steel tubular assembly columns with steel plate and horizontalstrengthened bar whose’ junction used welding and horizontal bar as its attended modewas reliable. In order to satisfy reasonable force requirements of the fabricated column, themechanical properties and bearing capacity of the connected nodes should be analyzedand researched. And the cross-section bearing capacity formula of the connection nodewere deduced. And the cross-section bearing capacity formula, formula of strengthcalculation of the bolts were deduced. Analyzes the correctness and practicability of theformula. And the connection node is verified to be reliable, economical, so as to achievea strong node requirements. On the basis of test results, using large-scale finite element analysis software, setup the three-dimensional solid finite element calculation model of steel tubularassembly column, has carried on the simulation analysis; Contrast test data, therationality of the finite element model are validated. Further to the steel tubularassembly column analysis and evaluation on the seismic performance; By changingvarious parameters of the columns, analyzed the influence of different parameters on theseismic performance of columns, provide numerical basis for scientific research andengineering application.
