Frame-shear wall structure is a common structure form in engineering practice.The structure which has the advantage of strong stiffness and flexible spacearrangement has good seismic behavior.A reasonable quantity of seismic wall in frameshear wall structure is always the important content of research at home and abroad.According to the relevant provisions of the current specification in China, the seismicbehavior of RC frame-shear wall structure and optimal quantity of shear wall wasdeeply studied in this paper, using the percentage of frame overturning moment toreflect the quantity of seismic wall. The thesis has important significance andengineering application value.The main content of this paper is as follows. Firstly,seven frame shear wallstructure models are established. In addition to the quantity of seismic wall,otherconditions of the seven models are the same, using the percentage of frame overturningmoment to reflect the quantity of seismic wall. In the elastic stage,seven models withdifferent percentages of frame overturning moment are analysed with the use ofSATWE,including the elastic calculations, the distribution of floor shear force, theadjustment of frame floor shear force. The relationship between percentage of frameoverturning moment and rigidity eigenvalue is studied with a simplified algorithm,inorder to deepen the understanding of the percentage of frame overturning moment.In theelastic-plastic stage, seven models with different percentages of frame overturningmoment are analysed with the use of Midas Building,including the analysis of theperformance point, deformation and the hinge case of different seismic actions, theanalysis of distribution of shear force between frame part and shear wall part ofdifferent seismic actions,to futher understand the deformation process of frame-shear wall structures with different percentages of frame overturning moment.Finally,thestiffness of seismic wall of frame-shear wall structure is optimized with the use ofMATLAB on the base of full understanding of variable lateral rigidity theory. The resultof this paper has important reference value to engineering.
