With the rapid development of our economy and industrial structure adjustment of city, many of the old industrial buildings have been idle, and even has become an obstacle tothe development. Many of them have great cultural and economic value, it will lead tothe loss of these values and the waste of energy and resources if pull down them. Nowbuilding energy consumption accounts for a large proportion in the total social energyconsumption, but reasonable reuse of the old buildings will effectively reduceconstruction waste, and avoid the waste of resources, it is also in line with theimportant strategy of China’s sustainable development. In this paper, collect document about the renovation of old industrial buildings, building energy saving technology and evaluation method, and related regulations andstandards, analyze and summarize the surveying on the spot, according to the principleof determining the index, determine the multi-level index of the old industrial buildingenergy saving evaluation; after comparison of existing evaluation methodssystematically, use AHP to determine the weight of each index, make comprehensiveevaluation by the extension evaluation, then determine the energy-saving evaluationsystem of the old industrial buildings (group)recycling, This method effectivelycombines the quantitative index and qualitative index and improve its scientificalnessand accuracy; verify the system by the old steel design and creative industry park inXi’an, obtain reasonable conclusion, so prove the feasibility of the evaluationsystem, and provides the reference for the evaluation of energy conservation in suchprojects.
