| When sustainable development is globalization strategy of harmoniousdevelopment of society and nature system, Construction industry become the energyconservation and emissions reduction, transformation industry, because of its largeenergy resource consumption and great impact on the environment. In order totransform the construction of the traditional extensive development pattern to thesustainable development mode, the implementations of green construction become theinevitable choice of the construction industry. At present, the specialized greenevaluation system of construction phase is very scarce in our country, the lack of aneffective methods and scientific standard to measure the green level of constructionenterprises. The paper studies the connotation of green construction, the deconstructionof construction greenness and the scientific assessment of green construction phase.In the first place, the paper describes the theoretical research of green building andgreen construction, and introduces green construction, building green degree and fuzzymatter-element theory separately. Then a “Pressure-State–Response†frame modelthoroughly is analyzed and based on this model, the degree of green construction isdeconstructed. A three-level evaluation index system is established to quantify indexescomprehensively and systematically which includes ecological economy balance,environmental carrying capacity, green mechanisms degree and technical support degree.Meanwhile, the combination of AHP and entropy method is used to determine theevaluation index weight; Subsequently, a comparative analysis of current evaluationmethods is made. In view of the incompatible multi-factors existing in the greenconstruction degree evaluation, the fuzzy matter-element method is introduced tentatively to evaluate the green construction degree evaluation and establish the greenconstruction fuzzy matter-element evaluation model. Finally, the evaluation model isapplied to the High Speed·Orchid garden project for simulating evaluation and is provedits scientific and feasibility.The results shows that, on the green construction evaluation problem ofcomprehensive multi-index, the fuzzy matter-element method can not only reflect thegreen construction level more objective and accurately, but also can effectively findthe adverse factors affecting the building green degree and has certain practicalsignificance and reference value. |
