With the advancement of urban integration,the construction industry once again ushered in the golden age,but too fast the pace of development is too much energy consumption as a price.China's natural rich mining efficiency is relatively high,but the phenomenon of excessive waste of resources is also very prominent by the national professional agency data show that we are now in the construction industry waste in the national resources accounted for a considerable proportion of consumption,and for the city and the natural environment Love does not have enough attention,leading us to haze now frequent weather,people's quality of life seriously declined.Especially in the metropolis of high-rise buildings,the pollution caused by the building gradually in the expansion of people's quality of life is the first to bear the brunt of air pollution,haze weather is the best proof of green building to become the inevitable outcome of sustainable development.Building life cycle by the decision-making,implementation,use and removal of several stages of recovery,green ideas should always run through.The impact of the construction phase on the environment and the most direct and concentrated consumption of resources is the key to the sustainable development of the construction industry.Green construction has become an inevitable choice.Green construction evaluation plays an important role in the development of green construction,and whether the evaluation index and evaluation method are scientific and reasonable and affect the validity of the evaluation.Based on the theory of green construction,this paper applies the "pressure-state-response" PSR theory to green construction,and analyzes the green degree of construction from four aspects: environmental impact,resource utilization,comprehensive management and technical support.The four indicators of the refinement,select sub-indicators,the establishment of index system for the construction of green color evaluation to lay the foundation.This paper first introduces the existing research results from the background and significance of the research,and provides a reference for the follow-up research.Secondly,the relevant theories are introduced,including green construction theory,construction green degree evaluation theory,PSR theory and Third,the establishment of indicators of pre-selected set,according to the principles of the construction of indicators to filter the indicators to build the index system,and the connotation of the indicators and evaluation criteria were defined.At the same time,in order to avoid the impact of different measurement units on the evaluation,the linear dimensionless processing method is used to standardize the index.Fourthly,after the analysis of the traditional weight calculation method in the calculation of the green weight index,And the weight calculation model based on theanalytic hierarchy process is established.Based on the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods,the fuzzy factor method is used to construct the green color evaluation model.Finally,the evaluation of the new meteorological square shopping center project,Method to simulate the feasibility of the test method.
