In recent years, with the rapid development of our country’s housing construction, construction process of resource consumption, the negative impact on the environment has attracted more and more attention to all aspects of society. How to construction stage of resource consumption, environmental pollution for effective control is a subject to be solved, the introduction of the concept of green construction to carry out green construction assessment can effectively to resource conservation and environmental protection. This paper focus on the public housing green construction evaluation following research:This paper in the domestic and foreign green construction assessment research was based on extensive research, expounds the conception, characteristics and principle of the green construction of the public rental housing, and the concept of evaluation of green public rental housing construction, object and scope are introduced, and taking it as a theoretical basis and support of the research, combined with the index system construction principles and construction ideas, including the establishment of the conservation of energy resources utilization, reduce the environmental load, comprehensive management of three aspects, including public housing assessment system of green construction, comprehensive, systematic and quantitative assessment standards of each index at the same time. Then on the current evaluation methods commonly used for comparative analysis, resolve fuzzy evaluation of green public rental housing construction incompatible problem of multi factor fuzzy mathematics theory and matter element evaluation method combined, can effectively, and the introduction of green construction evaluation, fuzzy matter-element evaluation model, and use AHP method and the entropy weight method to determine the weight of evaluation model of the green public rental housing construction was developed. Finally, the evaluation index system and evaluation model is applied to the engineering example. The evaluation results show that: the method has effectiveness and feasibility, can accurately on the green effect of public rental housing construction factors are sorted and reflect the actual construction process in the presence of environmental pollution and waste of resources, has certain practical significance and reference value.
