Globalization upsurge of ecological, low carbon, sustainable development, greenenvironmental protection conSCiousness and concept, this paper selects Chan Ba RiverNational Wetland Park as the research object. From the present situation of research inthe field of analysis, summed up the general theory and method of National Wetland ParkPlanning and design of water system and the way of Engineering practice. In Chan BaRiver National Wetland Park and the region, the semi dry area, river wetland, city parkfeatures were analyzed.Semi humid region because of drought and water shortage, coupled with the "typicalcharacteristics of rainfall intensity, time is short, the distribution is not uniform", led to "asmall amount of flood runoff peak height, steep rise characteristics of steep fall",vulnerable to the formation of flood disaster by the sudden concentrated rainfall causedby the river, and the energy transfer and the upstream and downstream contact, flood willborrow River branch networks to spread rapidly, a serious impact on the river’s entirewatershed; river wetland water damage due to river channelization, hydrologicalprocesses the original floodplain wetland of doesn’t exist, most lose water floodplainwetland surface water because the connected simple only the groundwater, and surfacewater connection is poor, so the water eutrophication is serious.Aimed at the typical characteristics of wetland River in the northwest semi-arid area,put forward the main core problems of planning and design of water system in the typicalfeatures of this under the "water"(water, ensuring water restoration, repair quality, namely)recovery due to channel off the water floodplain wetland hydrological processes, restorethe original, optimization of hydrological connectivity; according to the seasonal variation of water features, and reasonable storage of water to meet the ecological waterdemand, improve landSCape connectivity; source of repair broken plaque wetland waterquality, establish self purification system cycle, the wet land ecological benefitmaximization.Aiming at the core problem in this paper under the typical characteristics of wetlandwater system planning and design strategies and methods. Stream corridor restorationhydrological processes the original shall follow the principle of ecological priority to theoriginal floodplain wetland protection, optimization and reconstruction; ensure the waterbalance of each partition internal wetland, the SCientific forecast of the ecological waterrequirement of different wetland zoning, according to the need for reasonable regulation,using a variety of methods of water filtration by plants; the root of ecological restorationof water environment, artificial construct to filter the water function of wetland. Planningand design of water system to respect the laws of nature, to fully grasp the site featuresand natural attributes, to adapt to the unique features of the climate in northwest area,repair, improve the destroyed habitat corridor, improve water environment, to maximizethe Wetland Park ecological benefit, to create a combination of men and nature of space,the realization of human nature harmonious.In this paper, using the landSCape ecology, eco hydrology, hydraulics, the theoryand method of ecological restoration and other guidance, the typical characteristics of thewetland park planning of water system design framework. The framework consists of twoparts: first, the planning and design of water system, water system layout according to themorphological characteristics of the floodplain wetland water, reasonable selection ofwater source, for partitioning control on the layout of the form, water density, watersystem optimization in different partitions of the aspect ratio, the water ecological benefitmaximization. On the base of ecological water demand in different partitions forSCientific computing, partition allocation, such that the aquatic plant purificationfunctions, control water depth. Aiming at the water quality restoration introducesecological restoration and artificial restoration of two methods.This paper will approach to planning and design method and engineering technologyof water system framework of typical characteristics of the use of planning and design of water system to Xi’an Chan Ba River National Wetland Park, sublimating the theory tothe level of practical application, making itself more complete theory.Finally to Xi’an Chan Ba River National Wetland Park water environment as theresearch object, research on post evaluation, verification planning and design method ofwater system under typical characteristics.
