Precast concrete structure has attracted more and more attention under thegreat background of national process of building industrialization and housingindustrialization. A lot of research work and engineering practical applicationshave obtained a large amount of achievements and it has promoted thematuration and popularization of precast concrete structure.The prestressed composite slab is a commonly adopted component inprecast concrete structure. It is a new type of floor structure system that formedby precast prestressed concrete thin slab and cast-in-place concrete on top of thethin slab. The precast prestressed concrete thin slab with a relatively smallervolume and lighter weight is convenient for transportation and hoisting, and thefield support is reduced. The bottom of the prestressed composite slab has a wellsmoothness that avoids plastering and reduce the field wet work. Based upon theabove features, the prestressed composite slab has always been a floor type inprecast concrete structure that can simplify construction process and reduceproject cost on the premise of structure mechanical performance.Based on residential engineering, the related methods and measures tosolve problems mentioned above had been discussed in this paper such as theoptimum arrangement of construction temporary support, the measures ofcomposition plane and slab joints. At last, from the analysis of the economic andtechnical index, the thesis provides a new basis for application of other project.The existing technology difficulty and essentials had been feasibly solvedwith the work of this paper. It can fully play the advantages of the prestressedcomposite slab, provide the analysis of technical and economic benefit andexperience for engineering, promote the maturation of the technology, andaccelerate the population and application of the prestressed composite slab.
