Techno-Economic Analysis And Industrialization Research In The System Of Steel Residential Buildings

Since the reform and openness in China, the iron and steel industry has had great development. Since1996, steel production in China exceeded100million tons for the first time, it has been the first in the world and provides plenty of raw material reserve for the building steel of our country. The government policy for building steel was limited use in the20th century50-60s, it became to the rational use in the80s, finally,it became to encourage use in the90s. It provides the policy support for the development of the steel structure housing in our country.In recent years, China’s steel structure housing industry got rapid progress.The steel structure housing also gets more and more extensive attention and promotion.In this paper, it expounds the current development situation and application prospect of the steel structure housing at home and abroad systematically. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the steel structure housing and the existing problems. It is put forward that the steel structure housing industrialization is accord with the situation of China, it is the inevitable trend of housing industrialization.In the research of several common structure systems of steel structure housing, the summary of the advantages and disadvantages of each structure system, and the introduction of various technical requirements of steel structure residential, it is put forward that the technology of the steel structure housing in our country is practicable.In this paper, it is based on the steel structure housing system and the traditional reinforced concrete housing system as the research object, the steel structure housing related technical and economic index is analysed and contrasted, using the theory and practice, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis method and the value engineering theory. It is put forward that steel structure housing system is a kind of superior building structure.Combined with China’s national conditions, according to the characteristics of the steel structure housing,the problems and the relevant countermeasures in the process of steel structure housing industrialization development is put forward.With the rapid development of national economy and construction technology, the development and promotion of steel structure housing will open a new situation, and it will be a new direction of development and an inevitable trend in housing industry of China.
