In recent years,with the continuous development of the national construction industry and the continuous improvement of people's living environment,high-rise building has been more and more users and developers of all ages.In order to meet the building requirements,most of the high-rise buildings with short-leg shear wall structure.Short-pier shear wall is a new type of building structure,which combines the advantages of frame structure with the advantages of shear wall structure,and further satisfies people's requirements on structural force,building function and project cost,Widely used in China's high-rise buildings,especially in high-rise buildings.Seismic fortification requirements have also been met.However,the short-limb shear wall structure in the development of medium and high-rise buildings in terms of structural design principles and calculation methods,there are still not enough detail,designers in engineering practice mostly rely on experience to design.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the application of short-limb shear wall in middle-rise buildings.In this paper,the following points will be discussed in detail:Firstly,the applicability and structural characteristics of several structural systems commonly used in high-rise residential buildings are analyzed and compared.It is concluded that the short-limb shear wall structure is relatively suitable for middle and high-rise buildings.Then,an overall model of the structure is built in the PMCAD,and the structure is calculated and analyzed by the PMCAD / SATWE based on the latest structural design specification.Through the analysis of technical performance and economic index of the engineering design and calculation,reasonable design suggestions are drawn,the reasonable number of anti-lateral force members and the short-limb shear wall arrangement principle are selected,and the structural design process Summarizes some experience for reference,and provides reference for future engineering structure design.
