| In recent years,Chinese railway technology has achieved rapid development.The Belt and Road is continuing to push forward cooperation between China and other countries.The construction of overseas railway have become an important engineering for China to cooperate with overseas countries.Safe and stable overseas railway construction engineering plays an important role in the development of the Belt and Road.Railway construction engineering is characterized by big scale,long-term construction,high technique standard and great investment,which make inevitably affected by all kinds of unpredictable risk factors during construction.Therefore,risk management is becoming more and more important for railway construction engineering.First,the risk analysis and insurance research status of maritime transportation and overseas railway construction engineering are elaborated,and the characteristics of overseas railway construction are introduced in this thesis.Then,the risk analysis of marine freight transportation is discussed from ship and cargo risk,transportation environment,safety management and staff.The risk analysis of railway construction engineering is discussed from staff,building facilities,safety management and environment.Back Propagation Neuron Netwok and Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process are used to calculate and judge the risks of maritime transportation and overseas railway construction engineering.The evaluation results are used to research the insurance.Finally,a reasonable insurance scheme is proposed for overseas railway engineering.China-Laos railway is used as a case to run the system. |
