The Layout Optimization Of PACTL Under The Process Analysis

The civil aviation industry is an important basic industry of the national economy. Its development degree of international is an important indicator to measure a country and a regional economic competitiveness. It also reflects the level of modernization, economic structure and the open level. Shanghai is one of the most important international metropolises in China. The development of Shanghai has many advantages of establishing aviation hub and developing international aviation industry. Shanghai has been moving in this direction. After years of effort, the development of civil aviation in Shanghai has made brilliant achievements, but there are also some problems and distance to the developed city. Some American famous enterprises, e.g. UPS, FEDEX, are at much higher level. Many scholars from different angles have conducted the research to the Shanghai airport, and the angle of the airport cargo terminal is little. I think Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal Co., Ltd (PACTL) is one of the most important aspects in the airport and it is of great significance to the development of the airport. It is worthy of attention.This paper discusses the layout optimization of PACTL under the process analysis. Firstly, the research background, research purpose and research significance are discussed in this paper which laid the feasibility and necessity of writing this paper. It embodies the creation of value. Secondly, the paper introduces the basic theory of PACTL layout optimization under the process analysis. It mainly includes two aspects, namely the logistics flow analysis and layout optimization theory. The theory is the foundation of this paper and is the starting point to expound. The next two chapters are the core of this paper. The third chapter analyzes the logistics business process by introducing the process of get in and out of the airport, present operation situation and characteristics to sum up the problem existing in the PACTL layout. The fourth chapter constructs the port layout optimization model, hypothesis and solution based on the study of the problem and compares the results before and after the optimization. The purpose is to point out the shortcomings of the hypothesis to improve in the future. Finally, on the basis of the foregoing discussion, I put forward the problem of the layout optimization under the process analysis of PACTL we should pay attention to and propose the expectation for its future development.The main body is around the layout optimization of PACTL. The paper mainly uses literature review method and model analysis method. The paper puts forward some constructive suggestions through the in-depth analysis step by step and expects to contribute to the layout optimization of PACTL. The paper selects such an important subject to study in order to improve the work efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. The paper highlights the practicability and reference value for development strategy of PACTL.
