| With the improvement of people's living standards and medical security system,refrigerated drugs,such as vaccines,injections,blood products,are widespread.In order to ensure the quality and safety of cold chain drugs,distributing pharmaceutical cold chain by air becomes popular.As an important part of air cargo transportation,air cargo terminal plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical cold chain and air transportation supply chain.At present,Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal(PACTL)undertakes more than two-thirds of China's pharmaceutical aviation logistics services.Therefore,optimizing the business process of pharmaceutical cold chain of PACTL is not only significant to improve the quality and safety of pharmaceutical cold chain goods,but also promotes the development of Shanghai pharmaceutical cold chain.Firstly,through the spot investigation,it combs the import and export process of international pharmaceutical cold chain in PACTL.Secondly,Job Hazard Analysis is adopted to decide key control points of the import and export process of international pharmaceutical cold chain.And then based on security,the import and export process of the international pharmaceutical cold chain is optimized by GO-FLOW method.Thirdly,the international import and export process before and after optimization are simulated with Arena.It is distinct that the optimized process is better in both timeliness and safety.Finally,the corresponding development measures of pharmaceutical cold chain business in PACTL are going forward.Above all,based on the purpose to improve the quality and safety of pharmaceutical cold chain cargo,optimizing the import and export process of international airport cargo terminal improves the comprehensive competitiveness of PACTL,as well as providing valuable experience for other domestic air cargo terminals to develop pharmaceutical cold chain logistics. |
