Research On Optimization Of Operation Process Of International Cargo Business In Tianfu Airport

As our country enters the stage of high-quality development,the airport,as an important node in the construction of a modern circulation system,will usher in new development opportunities in the export-oriented economic development model.The future development of international air cargo business has great potential.Nowadays,various places are paying attention to the development of aviation logistics,and the construction of specialized cargo airports is gradually starting.Chengdu Tianfu International Airport,as our country’s largest civil transportation hub airport under “the National Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,is committed to building a comprehensive supply chain service platform that satisfies global procurement and global distribution.The efficient and smooth development of its international cargo business is the foundation for improving the airport’s core competitiveness and international influence.Therefore,it has strong practical significance for the optimization of the operation process of Tianfu Airport’s international cargo business.This article first analyzes the development status and trend of airport international cargo business,studies the composition of the airport international cargo business operation process,and deconstructs its various links,and finds the flow of cargo,information,and document flow among various business entities.Then,according to the basic situation and main business of Tianfu Airport’s international cargo business,it explained its high degree of unity with Shuangliu Airport in terms of operation subject and mode.Tianfu Airport’s international cargo business will follow the Shuangliu airport model.Through field research,combined with the operation of Shuangliu Airport’s international freight business,the overall operation flow chart of Shuangliu Airport’s international freight business inbound and outbound has been integrated.On this basis,a Petri net model was performed on the inbound and outbound operation process of Shuangliu international freight business,and the performance of the Petri net was tested using the incidence matrix reorganization algorithm,the subnets were divided and the structural relationship was analyzed,and the random Petri net model was established at the same time The same structure of its Markov chain,the steady state probability of each state is obtained by calculating the transfer rate matrix,and the busy rate of the warehouse and the utilization rate of the change are further obtained to provide the basis and theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization.At the same time,it analyzes the international cargo layout and operation flow of Shuangliu Airport,and diagnoses and analyzes existing problems.With the goal of building a large customs clearance system for Tianfu Airport,starting from improving the overall efficiency of international cargo operations,the Tianfu Airport International Cargo Center is planned and designed in an integrated mode to obtain the final layout plan and operation flow.On the basis of layout optimization,Tianfu Airport’s entry and exit operation process was optimized through the reorganization of correlation matrix,business process reorganization,and information chain value-added strategies,and the partial optimization results were integrated,and finally an optimized entry and exit Petri net model was established and combined Its Markov chain is isomorphic.The Little rule and the principle of balance are used to calculate the implementation delay time of the inbound and outbound operation process before and after optimization.The research results show that the implementation delay time of outbound operations has been reduced by 31.93%,and the delay time of inbound operations has been reduced by 25.53%.The efficiency of the process has been improved.Finally,through the integration of relevant optimization measures,the operation process of Tianfu Airport’s international cargo business has been formed.
