With the sustained and stable development of the Chinese automobile market,now the car ownership is very big. At the same time, car ownership still maintained ahigh growth rate, which will drive the development of auto spare parts logisticsmarket. Automobile spare parts warehouse system as an important part of automobilespare parts logistics system more and more get the attention of the manager. Incomputer simulation technology rapid development and maturing today, using thetechnology to the automobile spare parts warehouse to optimize various scholars andenterprise managers have become more and more attention.This paper mainly studies on the modeling and Simulation of automobile spareparts warehouse logistics system, especially on the process of the orders in and out.To research the discrete event simulation modeling and preliminary optimization is inorder to improve the resources efficiency and reduce the costs. This paper embarksfrom the reality, analysis of the automobile spare parts warehouse structure, resourcesstructure and operation flow. Then, the paper systematically discusses the simulationtheory of discrete event systems and its basic concepts, steps of simulation, thecharacteristic of random distribution, random number and random variable. After that,the Arena model is constructed based on the theoretical knowledge. In this part, thepaper introduced the Arena simulation software, constructed and checked the model.In the following chapter, we set the simulation target and write the constraints, then,use the Tabu search algorithm to find the optimal solution, finally, analyze thescheme and find the optimization scheme of resource allocation. At the end of thepaper, make a brief summary of the conclusion of this thesis, and look forward to thefuture research.The significance of the research is the combination of the computer methods ofsimulation and the actually complicated dynamic system of discrete events. Set anArena simulation model to find the best resource allocation scheme based onimproving the automobile spare parts warehouse operation efficiency and reducingthe cost. For one word, this paper provides an effective research method for theautomobile spare parts warehouse resources allocation, which has some practical significance for the construction of logistics enterprises.
