With the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation industry, traffic andpassenger volume increases rapidly, the importance of staff in airport operation isgrows, thus the human risks gradually increases and becomes severe. As animportant part of the airport, the human risk of runway incursion not onlyseriously affects the normal operation of airport, but also can cause great waste ofresources and threaten social stability. This thesis, on the basis of differentinfluence factors, identified, screened, assessed and weighted the human riskindicators from four aspects including human-human, machine-human,environment-human and management-human risks. Based on the runway incursionhuman risks evaluation indicator system, this thesis conducted single indicator riskassessment and comprehensive risk assessment. Research on the human riskassessment of the airport runway incursion can effectively reduce the incidence ofrunway incursions and accidents clearly define the runway security responsibility,implement the runway incursion prevention measures, in order to improve thesecurity guarantee capability, which is of theoretical and practical significance.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is introduction, which describedthe origin and background of the topic, the purpose and significance of thisresearch, and based on related research at home and abroad we determined theresearch content and methods;The second part defined the airport runwayincursion, human risks and other related concepts and dimensions, and elaboratedrisk assessment system and other related theories as theoretical support; The thirdpart used system dynamics for the qualitative identification of risks from fouraspects (human-human, machine-human, environment-human and management-human risks) on the basis of different influence factors of runway incursion humanrisks; The fourth part constructed runway incursion human risk assessmentindicator system, and based on the elaboration of runway incursion human riskassessment indicator system construction principles, screened indicators using theanalytic hierarchy process, determined indicator threshold using fluctuationanalysis and expert consultation method, and determined indicator weight by combing the expert scoring method with improved gray relational method; Thefifth part studied the human risk assessment of the airport runway incursion,conducted single indicator risk assessment using risk matrix theory and acomprehensive risk assessment using grey clustering method, and combing withthe survey results for further analysis on risk assessment, and proposedcorresponding risk prevention measures; The sixth part summarized the wholethesis, concluded the main innovations and limitations of this study, and lookedforward to the prospect of follow-up studies on runway incursion human riskassessment.
