Recently, with the fast development of civil aviation industry, more and more problem appears and increases, runway incursion is one of the problem among it. How to effectively reduce the occurrence of runway incursions and to identify and control the cause of runway incursions is a very concerned problem in the current civil aviation system.This paper studies runway incursion in the view of the runway incursion risk scene, uses the logic modeling language of LEADSTO(Language and Environment for Analysis of Dynamics by SimulaTiOn) to make a modeling of risk scene, considers the causes influence to people's pressure under the risk scenario, and builds a human pressure generation model. By establishing model to identify the cause of runway incursions and to describes the accident process, it could control the cause according to the pressure generation model.Due to the dynamic characteristics requirements of a runway incursion and differing from the traditional safety system engineering methods, this article proposes an ontology modeling method based on the agent, which is according to the abstracted risk scene to establish different causes combinations of risk scene model. Then it builds a pressure generation model after considering of the causes influence to people's pressure, constructs different perception modules and works out that under the different causes people's perception and pressure values are both different. This modeling method adequately considers the dynamicity of accident process, as well as the time influence to accident and the differences of accident results under the different causes combination. This modeling method also gets the track of accident process, which is simple and meeting the requirements of simplifying the accident process complexity.During runway incursion studies, it is difficult to determine the causes influence to people's pressure. Based on the established model above, to construct a different perception module and to compare the various causes influence to people's perception under the dynamicity of accident, it gets the different pressure generation track figure which shows the different causes pressure is also different, this provides an effective theory basis for controlling the causes.Experiment results and theory analysis show that the tense logic modeling has obvious advantages in the risk analysis of complexity and effectiveness, regulating pilot or controller's behavior and alertness could avoid accidents. By comparing different causes influence to people's pressure, the pressure generation track figure shows that it can improve the human's efficiency of environment risk scene through the effective control of causes occurrence time, duration and happening or not.
