AutoChief C20is a new generation of main engine remote control system ofKongsberg company,its control mode tends to use software instead of hardware,leading the trend of technological innovation in this field. The remote control systemsimulation software, simulation of the system function implementation is of greatsignificance.The main research content is as follows:(1) When design the simulation interface of main engine remote control system,there are three control position of ACP, so design task is allocated by adoptingdynamic link library when designing software,transfer the three control panelsinterface into three dynamic link libraries, respectively, and then connect the threedynamic library and the main program, the main program mainly is where the mainengine remote control and simulation run, it exchange data with the three controlposition interface by memory database technology, the model complete the analysisand signal processing operations.(2) Firstly. A depth analysis is made about simulation of ACC20main remotecontrol principle and the core parts of governor features, and established themathematical model.some variables of remote control models is made adjustable inaccording to the actual main engine remote control panel interface.(3)The test of main engine remote control system simulation, main simulationmathematical model is established to test the function and performance of mainengine remote control system.because our test system is used to test and optimize thefunction of the control equipment,so the simulation accuracy is not necessary to behigh, so we adopt a linearized model. According to the related models graph speed-torque-oil MAP model,The parameters of the special points is obtained in the graph,then I make three interpolation points according to the representative of the abovepoints, thus avoiding using calculus equation modeling which speed up the operationof the model, at the same time, because of selecting representative point,we acquirethe accuracy simulation that can satisfy the requirements of remote control system test.(4) Main engine remote control system test requirement model can not beconfined to a kind or a class of engine models, sometimes main engine remote controlsystem needs different types engine with different configuration, so according thespeed-torque-oil quantity MAP,I build the linear model which makes the speedcurve and acceleration rate of model adjustable to satisfy the user’s requirement, thenadopt the industrial computer as hardware platform of test program, through the dataacquisition device realizes the send and receive of the analog and digital signalbetween the main engine remote control system and test program.(5) I utilize3d max to build three-dimensional modeling software to establishthree-dimensional model of main engine including the main engine running parts,establishing the animation of the movement, and capture some images of the movingparts, and dynamic mapping in the main interface, the tests simulating the movementof the main animation run in accordance with the main model operation, we canobserve the vision during the running period of diesel engine combustion in cylinder,etc.
