In recent years, due to the rapid development of hydropower projects construction,safety management in high-risk operation attract widespread attentions, the traditionalmanagement method for construction are often unable to guide the management ofhydropower project construction. Therefore we need to study scientific safety assessmentmethod to guide its safety supervision and management, plays a practical utility in safetymanagement.In this paper, based on the statistical analysis of hydropower project constructionaccident, we have analyzed the hierarchical relationships between factors, and thenconstructed the human factors analysis and classification framework. By using186casesof hydropower project construction accident data from Three Gorges project, Xiluoduproject and Xiangjiaba project, the chi-square test is used to check independence betweenfactors, and then apply the Lambda correlation measurement method and Tau-y correlationmeasurement method to analyze the degree of interaction between independent factors.Correlation coefficient is used to construct DEMATEL model, this model give a betterunderstanding of the structural relationship between the index factor and the model ofaction. The model combines DEMATEL method and ANP, improves the expert advice’ssubjectivity and inconsistency in traditional method. Combined with the results of theanalysis of the causal diagram by DEMATEL model, compared the ANP weights with theweights obtained by accident frequency. Finally, based on the specific high-risk operationobject, the construction of high slope project, used method of evidence theory to fusionevidence, the data was derived from the examining results by the safety monitoringprocess, improved safety checklist because of the uncertainty, ambiguity and subjectivityof data, combined with the weight of the construction safety assessment factors of theoverall system, provided appropriate safety rectification.Through a variety of methods of analysis and modeling, this paper finally get therelative importance of the factors in high-risk operation system, and find the safetyweaknesses in the actual case, provide a basis disposal and analysis judgment forconstruction safety management.
