| The continuous development of the automotive industry,make the highstrength steel widely used.It’s hard for the traditional cool stamping to produce thehigh strength parts because of the low forming accuracy,while the hot stamgpingprocess can solve these problems. A lot of research have been done at home andabroad.With the promotion of hot stamping,people attaches more attention on the useof hot stamping in Multi-Strength forming,which means the part gains gradientmechanical properties in one stamping.Sofar,the research on Multi-Strength hotstamping is at an exploratory period.On the basis of Multi-Strength hot stamping Basic principles,the variousmould temperature and the contact pressure arechoosed as the research objects tobring in different cooling path to the most simple flat part.The experimental mouldand scheme are designed.To predict the effect of temperature and contactpressure,finite element simulation is made,after that the experiments areconducted.According to the comparation of the simulation and experiment,thetemperature and pressure have serious effects on the cooling rate.The increasing oftemperature and reducing of pressure will slow down the cooling rate.Somesuggestions on part design and mould design are proposed. |
