With the gradual development of building energy-saving technologies, there are a lot of new insulation materials emerging. Aim at a recently emerged new insulation material-insulation decorative composite board, combine with exterior insulation and technical regulations, this paper researched on some factors relevant to the weathering of the new insulation decorative composite board, the main contents are as follows:1.This paper researched on the flexural strength and mass tests of adhesive mortar under weathering conditions, the study concluded:during the curing period, water erosion will seriously affect the flexural strength development; during the use process, the adverse effects of frozen heating cycle on flexural strength is far greater than heating wet cycle. The mass of adhesive mortar would drop dramatically when the adhesive mortar being frozen before its flexural strength full development.2.This paper simulated and analyzed via ANSYS software the interior surface temperature distribution of insulation layer and temperature variation of particular nodes, the distribution of temperature stress in inner and outer surface of the adhesive mortar and the external finishes, the displacement distribution of external finishes, when the insulation system under high temperature-watering cycle and heating-freezing cycle, and when the thickness of insulation layer is20mm,30mm,40mm, obtained through the study:(1) When the insulation thickness is the same (regardless of external insulation is under high or low temperatures):the temperature and temperature stress of nodes which far away from the window in the adhesive mortar layer and the inner surface of the insulation layer are same to each other, while in the window areas, they along the four sides of the hole in the form of the equi-potential line change gradually. The maximum displacement generated in the exterior surface is at the right side of the window, while the maximum temperature stress is at the corner of the window, the differences of temperature stress and displacement of nodes which far away from the window are small.(2) The greater the insulation thickness, the better the insulation of the exterior insulation system, the smaller the temperature fluctuations of interior wall becomes and the smaller the temperature stress of adhesive mortar becomes, but the larger the influence spheres of the hole to the temperature stress and displacement in the exterior surface.(3) The temperature stress of adhesive mortar and the temperature stress as well as displacement distribution of the outer facing under high temperature-watering cycles is similar to heating-refrigeration cycle. The moment of the exterior insulation system produces maximum temperature stress is at the10800th second when the whole system under the high temperature-watering cycle, while the moment is at the frozen end time during the frozen period when the whole system under the high temperature-watering cycle.3. Chooses Changsha which belongs to the hot summer and cold winter areas as example, this paper tested condensation of external insulation system in winter. Calculated that:The change of the insulation thickness layer would not cause the internal condensation of the external thermal insulation system.By the experimental study of this article can be obtained:In hot summer and cold winter areas(Hunan as an example), the best construction season of the external thermal insulation system is early autumn. Summarize thermal insulation, temperature stress analysis of adhesive mortar and economic considerations, it is more appropriate for exterior insulation system to select insulation decorative composite board with40mm thickness.
