It is a crucial stage of remanufacture process to disassemble the waste concrete pumptruck efficiently and nondestructively. Disassembly process and technology directly affectremanufacturing cost, cycle and quality. This paper takes the waste concrete pump truck andits typical components as the object of study, based on the integrated use of recyclingeconomics, remanufacturing design theory, matrix theory, as well as mechanical optimizationdesign theory and method, analyze it’s disassembly features, disassembly technology andmethod, around the disassembly of economic assessment and technical feasibility,disassembly process layout, disassembly sequence planning methods, research thedisassembly process and technology faced the remanufacture of waste concrete pump truck.The main contents are as follows:1The disassemble economic and feasibility is evaluated for remanufactured wasteconcrete pump truck parts. From the aspects of the remanufacturing process technology,economy and environment to resources, evaluated the remanufacturing index systematically,established the disassembly economic assessment model of waste concrete pump truckremanufacturing based on economic cost analysis method, the paper illustrated the model bythe example of waste concrete pump truck transfer case and evaluated the technical feasibilityof transfer case disassembly comprehensively.2The disassembly process of waste concrete pump truck is analysized, and it’s layoutdesign is carried out. On the basis of the general structure and concrete pump vehicledisassembly process, the characteristics of the disassembly process of waste concrete pumptruck are analyzed, and the disassembly process is improved aimed at the problems of lowdisassembly efficiency and environmental pollution, meanwhile, the disassembly layoutdesign is carried out by the use of the theory of logistics design coordination, uncertainty,complementary.3The disassembly method of waste concrete pump truck is analyzed. Summarized themethod of liquid extracting of waste concrete pump vehicle, the processing of storage battery,the disassembly method of concrete piston, glasses, cutting ring, mixing blades, S pipe valveand cylinder and current typically methods commonly used in the disassemble of wasteconcrete pump trucks, then analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of typical disassemblymethod comparatively. the resources and environment properties of typical disassembly method are analyzed.4The disassembly sequence planning model of waste concrete pump truck transfer caseis extablished,and it’s model is optimized. By the use of decimal interference matrix,established the disassembly structure model, estimated the geometric feasibility of thedisassembly sequence. Regard the disassembly stability, the transform times of disassemblydirection, the changing number of disassembly tools and process priority relationship asevaluating indicators, take concrete pump truck transfer case for instance, acquire the bestdisassembly sequence based on particle swarm optimization, and prove the feasibility of thismethod through actual dismantling, which provides a new way for the efficient disassemblyof waste concrete pump truck transfer case.
