As an effective project management method, network planning technique iswidely used in the field of building construction. In early stage, people draw upproject schedule manually. As the rapid development of computer technology, muchexcellent project management software emerged, which provide a convenient for theapplication of network planning technique. However, project construction scheduleinvolves so many factors that the process is complicated and depends on theexperience of the engineers, especially for young engineers preparing large projectschedule, the reliability and enforceability of the results are poor.To solve this problem, in recent years, many scholars have carried out on theproject network schedule aided generation studies. In these studies, mostly suitableonly for a higher degree of reusable engineering such as high-rise buildings, but forlarge and complex projects such as hydropower project, they are not applicable.Moreover, in the case of retrieval, previous studies usually can’t retrieve the bestmatch case fully and accurately. In order to solve these critical issues, this thesismakes a deep study on network schedule aided generating, the main contents andachievements of the study include:(1) Project network schedule aided generating based on CBR and domainknowledge ontologyThis thesis combines the theory of domain knowledge ontology with CBR systemto represent and retrieval the project cases. The representation method has strongflexibility and scalability,and eventually obtain a higher recall rate and retrievalefficiency similarity calculation results.(2) Optimize network planning based on AHPAim at the traditional schedule optimization problems in determiningcompression coefficients, this thesis proposes a method to calculate the coefficientstaking into account the resource availability, quality and safety risks, direct cost rateof the critical activities, which provide more reliable support for optimization of theactual projects.(3) Development of the system of project network schedule aided generatingBased on the proposed project network schedule generation method and theoptimization method for the duration of the project, this study develops the projectnetwork schedule aided generating system.
