Location Selection And Distribution Path Design Of Distribution Center Of Hubei Zhongbai Warehouse Chain Supermarket

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the living standards of the third and fourth tier cities and surrounding counties are also constantly improving,and people's pursuit of the quality of life is also constantly improving.One obvious change is that some large-scale chain supermarkets have begun to infiltrate into the third and fourth tier cities and some well-developed counties.With the rapid development of the chain supermarket,the requirements of its logistics distribution network are constantly improving.This paper takes Wuhan Zhongbai warehouse chain supermarket as an example,and studies the location selection and path design of the distribution center of Wuhan Zhongbai warehouse chain supermarket by combining theory with practice.The purpose is to improve its distribution efficiency,improve the logistics network,reduce the logistics cost and improve the efficiency At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for other domestic supermarket chain logistics network layout.First of all,this paper explains the research background and significance of the topic,expounds the research status of distribution center location and distribution path planning at home and abroad,introduces the basic methods and principles of distribution center location and related concepts of distribution path design,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.Secondly,through collecting and sorting out the data,this paper introduces the current situation of the development of Zhongbai warehouse chain supermarket,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Zhongbai warehouse distribution center,and proposes that it should build another distribution center in the northern region of Hubei Province.Thirdly,by collecting the store information of Zhongbai warehouse chain supermarket in the northern region of Hubei Province,the initial site selection scheme is determined by using the precise center of gravity method,and Yangzi Town,Huji town and Changshou town in Zhongxiang City are selected as the alternatives.Then,the final site selection of the distribution center is determined as Yangzi town in Zhongxiang City by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,combined with the final location of Zhongbai storage and distribution center,using the mileage saving method,planning the distribution path for its new distribution center.Taking Zhongbai warehouse chain supermarket as an example,this paper applies the algorithm of distribution center location and distribution path design to the supermarket,which can provide reference for other domestic chain supermarkets in the design of logistics distribution center location and distribution path,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
