Building energy-saving is an important part of sustainable development strategyin China. With the rapid development of urbanization, the proportion of buildingenergy-saving on total energy consumption is increasing. Cooling and heating sourceof air conditioning has great potential for energy-saving as the larger energyconsumption in building. This paper presents the study on optimization of cooling andheating source based on the energy-saving retrofit engineering for cooling and heatingsource of one air conditioning in Tianjin.First, introduce the general information of project, and list four retrofit schemesfor cooling and heating source based on selection basis and engineering characteristics.In order to choose the optimal scheme which is close to actual demand and convenientfor applying, comprehensive evaluation is made for the schemes and influence factorshave been studied further. What’s more, ten indexes including whole life cycle cost,standard coal consumption converted, life cycle environmental cost et al. are came upwith and complete evaluation index system has been established.Second, take the complexity among all the schemes into account, choose areasonable mathematical structure method, evaluate the quantitative system onevaluation indexes as much as possible, find out the satisfactory or feasible solutionunder comprehensive conditions, and determine the superior sequence of each schemeaccording to the satisfaction degree. In this paper, use the decision-making method offuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze and quantify the fuzzification ofsubjective judgment, combine the quantitative calculation with qualitative analysis,and choose the optimal scheme based on comprehensive evaluation at last.Third, according to the essential data collected by field investigation and survey,establish the energy consumption calculation model of the sample office building,compare simulation results with actual energy consumption billing data, analyze thedeviation, validate the accuracy of model, analyze the building energy consumptioncharacteristic, provide the basis for selection of retrofit scheme of cooling and heatingsource, and offer simulation data for comparison of each scheme.At last, make full use of the current conditions, analyze and evaluate the retrofitengineering of cooling and heating source comprehensively, and choose the energy-saving retrofit scheme with optimal economic and technical effect, namelydirect fired lithium bromide absorption chiller-heater. Moreover, in the process ofscheme implementation, analyze the contribution of scientific operation managementto energy-saving from the angle of energy management.
