Nanjiang port of Tianjin aimed to develop coal, oil and minerals and other bulkcargo transport, and with the development of bulk energy, raw materials and otherspecial function of logistics services, focus on the development of large andmedium-sized professional bulk cargo berth, make it become one of the mostimportant the sources of energy, raw material transfer base, and the simultaneousdevelopment of marine oil base, working ship base and ship repair base. In short, withthe Tianjin city social and economic development, people to speed up thedevelopment of ocean use, Tianjin port construction is becoming more and moreimportant, the highway traffic to its own advantages in port land transportation in theplay a decisive role. But at present only a connection of Nanjiang port" land-Island"channel that Southern Highway Bridge, year carrying capacity can not meet the actualneeds of the production. According to the south of Nanjiang railway planning, internalto the community will form two north-south through port east-west trunk road, NorthSouth Road for the status quo, two-way six driveway, and the present situation inhighway bridge. Taking Tianjin Port Nanjiang South East of highway reconstructionproject as example, introduced the reformation scheme and solve the problem ofprogram transformation. Firstly, introduced the south east road conditions andnatural geographical conditions. Secondly, this paper will be based on the SouthEast Road reconstruction project project scope, to determine whether the project scaleand staged construction plan. Combination of Nanjiang port development and portplanning map after the completion of the project, forecast of traffic flow. According tothe Nanjiang wharf long-term planning, determine the transformation engineeringcross processing scheme. Once again, along with topography, hydrology, geology,the natural conditions such as navigation and town development planning engineeringdesign, through our master road landform condition and the engineering geologicalmaterials Determination of the road plane and longitudinal, cross-sectional design,subgrade, pavement structure design and road facilities design. Finally, because thearea of coastal beach and shallow sea is located in the northwest of the Bohai Bay, theHaihe River and Jiyun Weilv, subjected to waves and river confluence, the paper willalso works on the highway north dam sections of the stability calculation forintroduction, mainly on dam stability calculation and improve the stability of cofferdam scheme. The implementation of this project will greatly improve theNanjiang port road network traffic conditions, expansion of road network coverageand development space, will make the road network development to a new level,greatly promote the development of Nanjiang port.
