Research On The Application Of BIM In Road Engineering Design

Unclear expression of design intent,poor synergy between different professional design results,loss of information transmission,and endless repeated labor of designers have seriously hindered the development of China's road engineering survey and design industry.Building information modeling(BIM)is of great help to improve the quality and efficiency of engineering design and maximize the value of the entire life cycle of a building from design and construction to operation and maintenance demolition.This article starts with the core concept requirements of BIM,and conducts the following research on the application of BIM in the design phase of the road engineering survey and design industry:(1)Based on the current status of BIM design and application in the road engineering survey and design industry,combined with the literature,this article analyzes and summarizes the obstacles to the application of BIM by design units,and proposes rationalization suggestions to promote BIM design and application for all parties involved in BIM application.(2)Establish a model.Based on Civil3 D,a large-scale linear structure core modeling software,the environmental model and road composed of terrain,geology,and ground objects,and related engineering model modeling and design operations are studied in detail,and a complete set of roads is summarized.Engineering modeling design process.(3)Collaborative design.This article divides collaborative design into management collaboration and design cooperation of multi-professional cooperation involving all members involved in construction,explains the methods and methods of management collaboration and collaborative design,and studies in detail the main modeling software and collaborative phases of road engineering design.Corresponds to data collaboration and interaction between other engineering modeling software and integrated rendering roaming display platform.(4)Delivery of results.This article combines the current method of drawing delivery documents and the requirements of depth regulations in the road engineering survey and design industry,explores the contents and depth requirements of BIM results for different design stages,and studies the analysis and evaluation report,visualized browsing model,local Drawings and engineering calculations.Based on the study of the above content and its practical application in engineering projects,this paper summarizes a set of specific methods of BIM application in the road engineering design stage,and provides ideas for promoting and promoting the application of BIM technology in the design stage of the road engineering survey and design industry.
