With increasing human demand for energy, the energy crisis is getting worse.Non-renewable characteristics of coal, oil and other fossil fuels, restricts the development ofhuman society. At the same time, large quantities of fossil fuels cause environmentalpollution. Especially in recent years, acid rain, haze and other inclement weather occursfrequently. Therefore, environmental protection, energy saving and emission reductioncause more and more attention and become one of the priorities of the "tenth-five years plan".As the electronic products to convert electrical energy to heat energy, induction cookerhave entered the thousands of households. Due to various objective factors, there will be acertain chance of rejection in its production process. If these waste products or unstableproducts come into the market, the merchant’s quality brand will be influenced badly. Therefore, induction cooker factory take the aging test before delivery, and remove waste anddefective products of performance instability to improve product quality. The traditionalaging test is to make the induction heating pot filled with cold water, have its burn-in testing.Such burn-in tests not only cause the energy consumption, but will also produce largeamounts of water vapor. Aging test workshop being placed in high temperature and humidityenvironment, will lead to significantly shorten the life of the test equipment, and requires a lotof manpower to add cold water to the pot and maintain the environmental sanitation and otherwork. This paper spreads out the in-depth research on the aging mode and methods currently ininduction cooker industry, and analyzes detailed on its operating principle and power controlstrategies. Meanwhile induction electromotive force produced on the cooker is studied and theequivalent load circuit is calculated. On this basis, this paper analyzes the basic principles andstructure of inductively coupled power transmission, and proposes the inductive couplingpower transmission methods based on cooker, instead of the load on its traditional agingtesting. Finally, the clever use of electricity grid inverter feedback control technology, thepower which is generated from inductively coupled receiving the load during the aging testfeedbacks energy, to achieve the energy-saving and dry aging test on the cooker. In addition,in the system integration, the use of wireless networking technology achieve s centralizedmonitoring test system, further reducing labor costs of production lines, improving the levelof automatic streamlined operations of the enterprises. The subject produces a prototype device and monitoring system for the assembly, commissioning and performance testing, and using Matlab/Simulink simulation software for simulation verification of the energy-feedback system in the ageing test on the cooker.Prototype test results and simulation results are basically the same, to verify the feasibility ofthe system, and achieve a good cooker aging test and remarkable energy-saving effect.
