At present, the measurement of regulatory departmentsneed to detect the position of the third party fair of the business between power suppliers andconsumers. Once upon a time,the Management model," not only the referee but also theathlete " no longer meet the new requirements and new situation of current market economy.At present our country electric power metering management mode has not been unified, so allover the city management bulid a new management mode which is model of the original localconstructed.In this article, in the research of electric energy measurement based on managementrelated laws, regulations and metrological management theory, in using of the electric energymetering management development process and research status of home and abroad ofChinese Southern Power Grid electric energy measurement based on typical design, powersupply bureau of Huizhou electric energy metering current improvement scheme ofmanagement mode is proposed, the application of the power marketing management themanagement information system of electric energy metering device, improve the existinginternal electric energy metering device cycle management.This article is based on the typical southern power grid electricity measurementdesign.By means of electric power marketing management information system, proposed theelectric energy metering management mode from two aspects which is management andoperations. Further more, this article expounds the future development direction of electricenergy metering agencies.
