Since 21 st Century,China's shipbuilding industry has entered a period of severe overcapacity after the rapid development of the shipbuilding industry.The disadvantages of previous heavy production in domestic shipbuilding enterprises which do not attach importance to cost control are particularly evident in the "micro profit" era of shipbuilding.Therefore,cost control has become a hot topic in the current shipbuilding industry.Under the current situation,CSSC group summed up the theory of shipbuilding "modeling 2" theory system of shipbuilding.Its essence is to set up a quantitative lean management mechanism guided by intermediate products systematically,and one of the important practices as a work is to establish fine dispatching system.Taking A shipyard as a case,based on the framework of "modeling 2",this paper establishes and improves the fine school management system.Based on the theoretical analysis,the feasibility of the establishment of the system is demonstrated.The achievement results obtained by the A shipyard in the process of propulsion verify the direct and indirect economic benefits of the management system effectively and effectively.It provides valuable experience for other enterprises to solve the same type of problems.The key word of the article is "new shipbuilding model 2.0".The quantification and localization promotion applied to the dispatching process is the focus of this paper.The practical significance of this topic is fully verified through the achievements in ergonomics promotion and design optimization.
