This paper introduces the implementation of wireless remote control withZigBee as the main technique. In thermal power plants, the wired control as atraditional impeller stoker control method has some problems that it is hard tomaintain and it is complex to wire cables which is corrosive. To solve these existingproblems, this paper proposes that using wireless control design alternative to wiredcontrol, and completes the related hardware design and implementation.The program is based on IEE802.15.4standard frequency2.4GHz ZigBeenetwork interconnection protocol, designed and achieved by two hardware modulesof receiving and transmitting. These two modules both use CC2530as transmittingchip and RF6505as amplifying chip.This paper focus on RF circuit wiring and impedance matching problems on2.4GHz frequency and analyzes the microstrip line of this circuit. By optimizing theabove three aspects, the frequency offset is minimized and the transmit power isenhanced, furthermore the communication distance is improved as the final purpose.In transmitting side, this system uses a button to control. In receiving side, anenhanced8051core which is integrated in CC2530chip is used to control the relay.The system could communicate effectively within50meters and the time ofcommunication delay is less than1second. This system is based on Z-Stackcommunication protocol of TI, completed the Basic RF layer function calls and ithas potential of automatic reconnection and group network communication.Compared to the existing wired control system, revised wireless control systemcould not only ensure the quality of communication but also achieve low powerconsumption, low complexity and easy maintenance. This system could be used tocontrol the stoker forward and backward on the track in a straight line. The programhas a strong promotional, as long as slight modifications on software, this systemcould be extended to other fields of engineering control process.
