Study Of The Energy Consumption Characteristic And Energy Efficiency Potential In Commercial Building Of Shanghai

With the repaid development of the society and economy of China,the issue of energy has attracted more and more attention.Energy saving has been proposed as the basic state policy,and China begin to implement energy saving in an organized way.The policy emphasizes the energy saving in the key field,and building energy conservation listed as the second,which plays an important role in the whole energy conservation strategy.Compared with the experiment of the foregin country in building energy conservation area,the study of China is in the initial stage.Due to the lack of energy consumption data and relative standard are lacking,the analysis and study of the building energy consumption is important for energy saving.In recent years,the energy consumption of the commercial buildings in Shanghai has taken an increasing percentage,and the issue of energy consumption of the commercial building become increasingly apparent.Since 2001,the energy consumption of the commericial building in Shanghai is increasing.So the energy saving should be focused on the commercial building.The key of the energy saving is to improve the energy efficiency of the commercial building and limit the increase of the energy consumption of the commericail building.In this paper,the energy consumption data and the energy consumption standard have been analysis.On this basis,the energy consumtion characteristic of the commercial building in Shanghai has been studied.In addition,the energy consumption and utilization of the typical hotel and large-scale commercial building are exemplifiedThe factors influencing the energy consumtion of the commercial building are analyzed by the statistical software SPSS,and the impacts of the type of the hotel,occupancy rate on the energy consumption have been determined.Three baseline scenarios are proposed by referring to the calculation method of the energy consumption standard.Accoring to the energy saving potential,the energy consumption baseline of type of the commercial can be determined.The energy consumption baseline of three-star?four-star and five-star hotel are 37 kgce/(m~2·a),44 kgce/(m~2·a),50 kgce/(m~2·a).For energy consumption baseline of commercial building,office building is 25kgce/(m~2·a),department store and shopping mall is 65 kgce/(m~2·a),supermarker and warehouse store is 75 kgce/(m~2·a),shopping mall and dining is 100 kgce/(m~2·a)?By investigation and survey of the typical commericial builing,some reasonable suggestions in envelop enclosure and HVAC systems have been proposed,energy effiency potential of hotel building is 21.77%,and energy effiency potential of hotel building is 11.2%which can be taken as the reference of the energy saving of Shanghai.
