| With the development of the international energy competition day by day, somecountries are developing nuclear energy, this will bring some opportunities of nuclearfuel transport. Due to the nuclear fuel in the global distribution is not uniform and hasthe radioactive, the transportation tools put forward a very high request. Faced with suchopportunities, the really special ship for radioactive materials are not effective. For thespecial of the radioactive material, if there have any accident, the result is very serious.In the past years, each country have own transportation regulation and give someparticular limits, it is very important that give some revise advice through researchingthe multinational transportation regulations. So, this thesis aims at researching thediversity of the multinational transportation regulation in order to give some referencesuggestion to the logistical company and the ship building company. In the future, themultinational transportation become more and more frequency, if we can build oroptimize a uniform transportation regulation, it would motivate the nuclear industrydevelopment, to reduce the risk of radioactive material leakage during transportation.In this thesis, there have some research, including transportation regulation of theradioactive material, the current special transportation ship for the radioactive, thecustomer’ demand. Focus on the universal requirement and the difference of themultinational transportation regulation, for meeting the requirement of multinationaltransportation, there will give some privacy suggestion and research scheme on theregulation discrepancy. The system analysis of multinational radioactive materialstransport specification and difference, put forward a set of solutions and suggestions thiskind of special ships, and then to enter the field to undertake marine units to reference,promote the special field of ship construction technology, standard and standard revisionand improvement. |
